Wow! This knife sharpener was just what I wanted. I have some relatively expensive quality knives that came with built-in sharpeners. I have used my knives about 3 years and they were getting quite dull. This sharpener which I’ve used only 1 or 2 times has restored their sharpness to their original level. A great investment for me! Easy to operate, sturdily built device. Sharpened large and small knives. Glad I made this purchase!

Le produit est conforme à la description, livré en temps et heure. Je commence le test avec un couteau qui coupe raisonnablement, sans plus. Pas besoin de l'étape 1, je passe directement à la 2. En quelques passages, la différence est notable. Petite finition à la céramique (étape 3), la tomate n'a pas eu le temps de souffrir. Ca coupe ! Je décide de passer à l'autre extrême, une lame qui ne couperait même pas un virage. Une dizaines de passages en étape 1, on commence à retrouver du fil. J'en fais encore quelques unes et je passe à l'étape 2 (environ 5 passes), puis à l'étape 3. Et voilà, le couteau coupe à nouveau ! Le test sur un couteau à dents est lui aussi tout à fait concluant (couteau à pain, puis plus petit couteau à dents). Je conseille vivement ce produit, peu encombrant et vraiment pratique. Un petit conseil : pour une meilleure longévité du fil, pensez à passer votre couteau au fusil avent chaque utilisation.
